These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online forms, intake forms, service request forms, and submissions completed through The Real Estate Assistant (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including forms used to request document drafting, transaction support, compliance services, marketing services, and related administrative assistance.
By submitting any form through our website or linked platforms, you (“you,” “User,” “Agent,” or “Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms below.
1. Administrative Services Only (No Legal Advice)
The Real Estate Assistant provides administrative support and document preparation services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Any information we provide is for administrative support purposes only and should not be relied on as legal guidance. You are responsible for consulting your broker or an attorney for legal questions or contract interpretation.
2. Accuracy of Information
We prepare documents and complete service requests based solely on the information and instructions submitted through your form and any supporting documents you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring all details submitted are accurate and complete, including but not limited to: party names, contact information, property details, contract terms, deadlines, fees, addenda selections, third-party information (MLS, lender, title company, HOA/POA, etc.), and brokerage-specific requirements.
The Real Estate Assistant is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you or any third party.
3. Draft Review Requirement
You acknowledge and agree that all drafts and prepared documents must be reviewed by the licensed real estate agent and/or broker prior to being shared with clients, submitted to other parties, or sent for signatures. Final responsibility for contract accuracy and compliance remains with the licensed agent and/or broker.
4. Third-Party Information Disclaimer
Certain information used in drafting or transaction coordination may originate from third parties (such as MLS, title companies, lenders, HOA management companies, and vendors). We do not verify the accuracy of third-party information unless specifically contracted to do so. You are responsible for confirming details prior to execution.
5. Fees + Billing
Some requests submitted through our forms may include fees (ex: offer drafting, buyer representation drafting, transaction coordination, marketing services, rush requests, or custom projects). Applicable pricing will be disclosed within the form, service page, invoice, or written confirmation prior to fulfillment.
You acknowledge and agree that submission of a form may initiate work and/or billable services depending on the request and your service agreement with us.
6. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times may vary based on volume, business hours, and completeness of submission. Stated turnaround times apply only after all required information and documents have been received. Missing or unclear information may delay completion and may require follow-up.
7. Confidentiality + Information Use
We may collect personal information through form submissions, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, property details, transaction information, and other identifying information (“Personal Information”).

We may retain submitted form data for record keeping, quality control, compliance, and operational purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Real Estate Assistant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our forms or services, including drafting errors resulting from inaccurate submitted information, missed deadlines due to incomplete submissions, or third-party failures.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our forms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
