Listing Services: Our Process

We assist you with back end organization for your new listing. While you open doors and sell homes, we ensure that your listings are entered into the MLS correctly, your property photos showcase your listing in the best light, you have all the correct documentation and that your description tells the story of your client’s home. We go a step further to help you provide feedback to your clients by reaching out to agent’s that show your listings. 


Below is a list of general items we handle during the listing process. The process can be adjusted and specialized depending on the agent. 


Included: 

  • Review the listing agreement for accuracy and compliant issues, as well as ensure appropriate addendum are attached and accounted for. 
  • Ensure a seller’s disclosure is completed and provided. 
  • Detailed and correct MLS data input for the property. The coordinator must have a signed seller’s disclosure before they are to data input into MLS. 
  • Input and arrange property photos with photo descriptions. 
  • Create or proof listing descriptions. 
  • Organize and update property websites with descriptions, information, and arrange photos if applicable. 
  • Create and order property flyers or brochures utilizing the agent's preferred vendor. 
  • Add open house information to the MLS.
  • Change the status of the listing to PB when a contract is received. 
  • Ask for feedback for any agent that shows the property and provide feedback directly to the agent. Supra lockbox must be in use. 


Not Included: 

  1. We do not open doors for agents. 
  2. We do not negotiate on any items.
  3. We do not complete CMAs. 
  4. We do not verify compliance (refer to your brokerage).
  5. We do not take over your listing entirely. All agents are still responsible for their listing. We are here to assist you.
