Heather Splawn's journey in real estate began in 2010 as a receptionist for a lender while in college, where she discovered a love for the numbers side of things. After graduating from the University of Houston–Downtown with a Business Administration degree, she bought her first home and landed a job at the title company, where she closed. From front desk to escrow assistant and title research, she soaked in every bit of the process. Though she stepped into HR and Sales for a while—and even paused to raise our family—she never left real estate behind. From new builds to remodels, it’s always been a part of her life. That passion led her to launch her own business as a transaction coordinator beginning in 2023. For her, it’s not just work—it’s a calling to help clients reach their dreams while helping agents grow theirs.
