KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close with expert-level precision.
- Provide concierge-level service to agents and their clients to enhance the home buying/selling experience.
- Ensure compliance while proactively troubleshooting potential issues before they happen.
- Work seamlessly with title companies, lenders, and clients to streamline the process beyond paperwork.
- Use Open to Close to manage and track files efficiently.
- Leverage our marketing services to help your agents attract more business and establish themselves as industry leaders.
- Enjoy work-life balance—because we cover for you when you need time off.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Texas Real Estate License (This is a must!)
- Proven Experience as a Transaction Coordinator (We need someone who knows their way around a file.
- Expertise in Texas Real Estate Contracts (TREC forms? No problem.)
- Proficiency in Open to Close & Cognito Forms (You’re already familiar with these tools.)
- Bilingual in Spanish? 🎉 That’s an extra bonus!

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- 1099 Contractor Position – Work independently with full support.
- Earn a 60% Split – You keep the majority of your earnings while we handle the overhead.
- $100 Monthly Tech Fee – Covers branded email, Open to Close, Cognito Forms, and invoicing for seamless transaction management.
